I found these two mystery fils in my FA folder that I have never seen before...

Anyone have any idea what they are?

VDM5.tmp


both are empty files, but I have no idea how they got there???

I've never, since 1997, had any files of such a nature in my FA folder. Open them up with notepad and see what they say.

The files are empty...

I wonder if they have anything to do with the new reporting features of SP2? I have had several FA.exe failures that attempted to grab the files and send them in a report to microsoft...

they could be regular old .tmps that are created by FA and you find them after a CTD,

but i would not think as such due to the fact that no one has seen them before
