i'd say the F3 biplane.. I believe theyw ere still in service at the time, and at the time of Pearl Harbor I don't think the Wildcat was around... and if it was it was probably new on the scene...the army used P-36s and F2A's |

By the way, the US Army also used P-40s at Pearl, but they were all destroyed on the ground or in the air during combat, but since they were US Army they dont count for this poll...
