I say the F4U as well, it makes sense to me because the Navy needed planes FAST in Pacific WW2 and since Korea was in such close proximity in time to WW2 it would make a lot of sense to me that they would continue to use the F4U and continue to produce them because that was one fine airplane.

I voted for the MiG-21, due to the massvie number produced by the Soviet Union and the very large numbers produced by third parties. I know for a fact that theses were produced in numbers approaching 2 to 3 times that of the F-4 Phantom. Also I figured with CAG's habit of being tricky I would pick a jet, to try to beat him at his own game!  |

I vote for the Mig 21, since it is still being produced under foriegn license in various versions like the J7. It still also is front line for several airforces.
I hope to guess of these poll right some day.
